MedTech ambulance was established in April of 1996 with one ambulance.  By the end of our first year we had grown to four ambulances and one wheelchair van, we had provided over 1700 transports that year.

We are now firmly established in the city of Pawtucket, Rhode Island.  To meet the ever growing demand for ambulance transportation in other regions of the State, we opened several satellite offices.  Currently MedTech ambulance operates over 40 ambulances and wheelchair vans, and we're constantly growing to meet the demands of whom we service.  We have our main office located at 19 Mendon Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and three other satellites offices strategically placed throughout the State of Rhode Island to better serve the needs of our patients with prompt and courteous service.  These offices are located in Woonsocket, Warwick, and in the South County area.

Our central dispatch center is a state of the art, well equipped situation room.  Our dispatch center has the ability to find an ambulance closest to your home or facility with aid of "GPS" navigation system linked to our fleet.

MedTech Ambulance takes pride in knowing that we are the only ambulance service in the State of Rhode Island that staffs and license's all it's ambulances at the "Advanced Support Level."  We still provide "Basic Life Support" transportation, but we do so knowing that in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we can provide the most advanced care available in the back of our ambulance.  You can rest assured that your "BLS" transport are being provided by highly trained "ALS" personnel.

MedTech Ambulance continues to grow and expand, exploring new horizons as we continue towards our goal of "Becoming the best ambulance provider in the State of Rhode Island, without losing our focus on Quality Patient Care."
